Movie Review: "The Deep Blue Sea" (2011)

I watched "The Deep Blue Sea" and thought it was OK, albeit a little boring.

Rachel Weisz gives a good performance as the main character, Hester. She's a bit of a troubled soul who finds herself "between the devil & the deep blue sea." The other performances are good as well, but Weisz definitely stood out.

For the most part, this is a well-acted, well-made movie but it moves quite slowly…6.0/10 stars
