I watched the movie "Rampart" & didn't like it.
This movie is based in Los Angeles in 1999 at the time of the Rampart scandal (something I didn't know about until I looked it up on Wikipedia...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rampart_scandal). It's a movie about a cop who is a racist criminal & has no redeeming qualities. He's also a terrible father. Woody Harrelson does a decent job playing this guy, but other than that, this movie doesn't have much going for it. And the ending leaves you saying: Huh? That's it?
All in all, "Rampart" is not a good movie...3.0/10 stars
